2007 Dodge Caliber Left Side mirror replacement

Dear Sir or Madam,
I broke my side mirror. It vibrates when the car is moving. It is not loose to the touch. I can take the bolts off but the mirror just will not come off. Can you offer any assistance on how to take the mirror off so I can fix it?
