2007 Dodge Caliber changing oil

The oil pan drain plug is stripped round and it can't be removed.

Hi there'

get a nut welded to the damaged plug and remove it that way, or you may be able to get enough grip with plumbers Stiltons, see how you get on with these. Ideas.
