2008 Dodge Avenger battery light

Why does the battery light come on and off sometimes?The battery was checked good and the alternator was replaced and still comes on sometimes.

Hi, I would not be too concerned unless it stays on, it probably senses a low voltage under specific voltage conditions, if your alternator belt is tight, and your battery checks out fine it should be ok. The only other option would be to bring it back to the selling dealer for a check. If you see any changes in the way it starts or in the headlight brightness, have it looked at, ok?
