There is a whistling noise coming from my car. First it made that noise just when I turned, but now it does it sometimes(not all the time)when Im driving. When I apply the brake the noise stops. What could be wrong?

It sounds like you need new front brake pads. THey have a sensor on them to warn you when they are in need of replacement. The sensor rubs the rotor making the noise you described.

have that checked and let me know what you find.
