2000 Dodge Avenger will not shift into OD

I am wondering why my car will not shifti into 4th, the converter locks up and unlocks like it should. Trans shifts smooth, no noises, fluid is new. OD off lite is on when the switch is depressed and visa versa.

It could be a couple things. Have you had the computer scanned? Has anyone checked the shift solenoids?
