I WENT TO GET A SMOG,EVERYTHING PASSED EXCEPT THE MIL/CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DUE TO OBD COMMUNICATION FAILURE.ALSO WHEN I HOOK UP MY DIAGNOSTIC SCANNER,IT SAYS VEHICAL NOT RESPONDING.WHY?
