I RECENTLY CHANGED MY OLD FUEL FILTER BECAUSE WAS STOPPING, CAR WOULD START RIGHT BACK UP AGAIN. UPON CHECKING AIR FILTER AND OTHER THINGS ON CAR I CHECKED THE FUEL FILTER IT WAS STOPPED UP. ANY WAY PUT NEW ONE ON AND CAR RAN FINE, THEN WHENEVER CAR GETS SAY OPERARATING TEMP CAR JUST DIES AND WONT START UNTIL CAR COOLS OFF, THEN CAR RUNS FINE UNTIL SOMETHING GETS TO HOT THEN IT WILL DIE AGAIN, SO WHEN CAR COOLS DOWN SOME CAR STARTS RIGHT UP AGAIN. WHAT COULD BE PROBLEM?

I need you to check two things. First, when the engine doesn't start, I need to know if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine. Here are the "How To's" for checking both. Also, I need to know if the check engine light has ever come on. Based on what you said, it sounds like the fuel pump may be going or the filter is plugged again. Let me know what you find.
