1998 Dodge Avenger please help

I just got this car the following codes are coming up P0700, P1776, P0740 the car just had a rebuilt transmission put in just 30,000 miles ago, shift solenoid replaced just 300 miles ago, transmission speed sensor 80,000 miles ago. Can someone tell me what these codes really mean and what is the procedure of fixing it and is it real expensive? Please I need help!!!

P0700 is internal trans controller
P1776 is solenoid switch valve in L_=- R position
P0740 is torque converter clutch control circuit

This is all controller related. Depending on what codes were in it originally, they may have misdiagnosed an internal problem for a controller problem.Take it back to them
