I have a 1997 dodge Avenger with 138,000 miles and when I turn the knob to turn on air nothing comes out, heat nor ac. Checked fuses and everything is good. What else could it be?

I do not hear anything when I turn the knob. Could that mean it is the motor?

It could be the motor or a few other things. I need you to check if the motor is getting power. If it is, the motor is bad. You can run a jumper wire to the motor to see if it runs. If there is no power, it could be a resister, relay, switch. Have you checked fuses?
