1997 Dodge Avenger Dashboard gauges

I just recently bought a 97 Dodge Avenger and none of the dash gauges work except for the speedometer and the trip/odometer. Any reason for this and how would you go about fixing it? Also, the reverse lights dont work and the interior lights only turn on when the passenger door is opened.

you may have a blown fuse inside or under the hood.
I think the other door switch may be bad, it opens and closes the currant to the dome lamp. ok
