1995 Dodge Avenger output speed sensor

I changed the output speed sensor after the code came up but the slippage still happens though just not as bad. What else could be cause the hard shift?

WE ALWAYS REPLACED the two sensors input and output
with no problems to follow
I would also check TCM for codes
