Is the cable from heater valve to controller working. Might be a blend door problem under the dash

CHECKED BOTH THE CABLE AND BLEND DOOR. SEEM TO BE WORKING. COULD IT BE HEATER CORE?

Check the heater core and hoses for restrictions preventing water from getting in
