Do performance spark plugs make a noticeable difference in power and performance?

I am trying to find the cheapest and easiest ways to improve my car's performance.

Not really. I would use the OEM spark plugs, have you replaced the MAF sensor? does the car seem like it is underpowered, or do you want to improve the stock power output? These are two different problems.

SPARK PLUG TYPE:
DENSO .................... SK16R11
NGK .................... IFR5A11

When the MAF becomes weak it can cause the engine to have low power FYI. Please go over this guide which can tell you more:
