I changed my factory wheels to 17 inch Acura rims. My car then had a humming noise I assumed was from the low profile tires. It got worse with time and now is almost unbearable. I have come to the conclusion thaghi need to replace the bearing but can't without a machine to press it in so I plan to replace the whole spindle and knuckle. Do I go with the factory one just like it came with or do I need a different one? And do I change both fronts or can I change just the one?

You can change that bearing out with nothing but a small bearing press and a slide hammer. Both of those are usually available as loaner tools from parts stores.
This is a video that covers the same style bearing on a different car to show the method:

They use the same parts across the entire line. The biggest issue on bearing wear when it comes to rims is the offset. The more offset the more pressure is on the bearings. As long as the offset is kept in a range close to original the bearings won't be a problem.

No problem. Just buy the better bearings not the cheapest one. Thank you for using 2CarPros.
