My vehicle started shutting off on me. It started only shutting off at random red lights. About a week later, it started turning off while it was still moving. So I'd turn it off and back on but it would have a slow start and when I switched gears, it wouldn't move. As if it were stuck in park. I'd have to sit on the side of the road for about 30 mins before it would turn on and move. I've had both camshaft and crankshaft sensors replaced. Now it has a kind of slow start and will move but only for a few seconds. And when it moves, it is very jerky and never reaches any kind of speed before it stops moving and gets stuck in park no matter what gear I'm in. My code reader gives a crankshaft position sensor A circuit code. I don't know much about cars so I just look stuff up and I've seen where people are saying crankshaft sensors need to be "relearned." Is this true? Or what else could possibly be the problem? Is this common for this particular vehicle?
