distributor details or anything that will help us figure out why the gears are not turning at all without no fire getting to the distributor. have taken it apart and they are not turning r firing. van lost all power and just shut off

If the distributor isn't turning the camshaft isn't either. The logical conclusion is the timing belt is broken. If your engine is an interference engine and the timing belt broke you'll need a valve job too.
