Disengage immobilizer?

Power good, new battery, fuses good, . Engine spins. Won't crank. No clicking noise. Security light stays solid when ignition to on. Blinks when key is out. Lock smith said he couldn't get the obd 2 too communicate with the vehicle. Fob works fine. Just won't crank.

Please start a new thread for the data port problem because I don't think the problem is related. See if the engine cranks in neutral and please go over this video, it shows the easy stuff first.

Let's check for power at the starter solenoid trigger wire which will confirm the starter failure, this guide can help you:

Here is the location of the starter motor (right side of the black down low) so you can run the test and replace the starter motor is needed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
