Hi, I am trying to get at the oil pressure sensor in my 2014 Rubicon and I’m stuck at the lower intake manifold where I can’t get the injector sensors unplugged from the manifold (there are six of them). There is a red tab that I’ve tried to push and pinch and pull and have had no luck. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Yep, that is the safety tab which must be removed before the electrical connector can be removed. I would use a pick or small standard screwdriver to help push the tab from the connector so it can be undone. Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Thanks to Ken for the reply but I’m still not able to get these things to budge. Can someone elaborate a bit more on how these come apart and where you need to apply pressure? I added a video for reference. Many thanks

What can’t you see Ken L? Not enough light, not the right angle? Please be more specific.
