Disconnected Vacuum Tube?

I have this hose coming off the intake manifold that is sucking air in and is not connected to anything. It was originally just draped over the intake manifold, and i found it was disconnected when I was replacing another hose.

There is a check engine light on for P0410 Secondary air injection system, and I am in California.

I am assuming by the diagram below that it is supposed to go to the AIR Vacuum Solenoid Valve? or something related. However, I have no idea where this is or how to get it reconnected to see if that solves the code.

It says it goes to the vacuum solenoid valve. Can you looks around to see if you can find it, it should be within the distance of the hose. I think it goes to the EVAP canister, here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
