disconnected hose

hi i have a 1999 chevrolet suburban that has a hose disconnected between the power steering and the evap canister theres 3 hoses below them that look like vacuum or fuel hoses the one closest to canister is disconnected but has like a plug on the end of it what can that be can any mechanic help me figure it out

If it's got a plug on the hose then remove it and start engine if you feel vacuum then it belongs on canister or purge valve to canister. see pics first pic ofr 5.0&5.7L second one for 7.4 L
