Disconnected Wiring Connectors

I'm having battery (possibly alternator) issues as well as electrical problems. I was wondering if these two disconnected cables I found under the hood in front of the radiator have anything to do with why the fan won't come on? Picture added..

First if you have access to a scan tool that.might help alot to see if any codes have been cast that could help you figure out the problems with the fans not coming on and possibly other things we dont know about yet ..

also On newer cars these days say 2012 and newer many of them have become super sensetive about the charging system being strong and healthy when theres a voltage or loss /spike or other charging issues it can cuase many things to malfuntion and cuase problems and for that reason id check the charging system first to make sure everything's working well and the batery is strong and I strongly advise that it be tested asap to make sure before anything else accors.. youl need a multi meter and if you need help checking it we'll be here to help ..let us know
