My wipers run all the time, and I can’t turn them off. Independent Honda shop says I need a new wiper switch. Quoted $375-$425 for the repair depending on if they use an aftermarket or OEM part. The part is less than $100. The car is in another city, and I want to make the repair myself. I want to wait until I get home in case I run into issues. Need to stop the wipers. Can’t reach/see the fuse to remove it. Considering disconnecting the wiper motor. Any issues driving the car 300 miles with the wiper motor disconnected?

As long as it doesn't rain you should be okay. Here is how to change the wiper switch out and how to remove the fuse to stop them. It is fuse #26 in the fuse panel under the dash. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried to remove the fuse but having a hard time getting far enough under the dash to see clearly and to reach and remove the fuse. Fuse # 26 is in the least accessible row :( Thanks again.
