Directional only work once in awhile

Directional only work once in awhile when they do come on sometimes they will shut right off. this happens happens intermittently . Flashers do work.

check grounds in trunk under shelf on right hand and left hand sides. then have a mechanic check hazard flasher as that controls all the flashers.
