Lost power now it will not start

Car was dinging off an on for about a week. All fluids were fine. Was driving and started to lose power. Pulled over turned it off and now it won’t start.

Hello,

Unfortunately this sounds like your engine might have blown up. First of all when you crank the engine does it turn over at all or it seized up? Next I want you to do a compression check for me. I have included a link for a guide for you to go to below:
