Slack in the output shaft or bearing, beginning to whine, Need procedure for removal and rebuild as well as any sources you may have for parts.

I'm sure i don't have to remind you it is the same as a Toyota Corolla I may not have the engine liters correct.

Oops it is a 3spd Automatic.

You will need to remove the transmission first. here is a video to help you with that on a similar car. I have included transmission and differential rebuild instructions and diagrams below.
