I have the mentioned vehicle I have bought Mopar lsd 5 Oz fluid and Amsoil 75 110 gear oil is this wrong? I'm reading 75 90 and 75 149. It is a 3.21 anti slip.

For a 2017 RAM 1500 with a 3.21 anti-slip differential, you should use the recommended differential fluid specified by the manufacturer.

Mopar LSD 5 Oz fluid and Amsoil 75W-110 gear oil you mentioned are not the correct fluids for your vehicle's differential. The correct viscosity for the differential fluid in a 2017 RAM 1500 with a 3.21 anti-slip differential is generally 75W-90 or 75W-140.
