I need to replace the front passenger window, are there different trim/options, different size windows?

I recently had my front passenger window smashed and found myself needing to replace it. I went to the local salvage yard and pulled one out of one of the same generation came up but without leather and with navigation. Went to install it after cleaning out all the broken glass from the window run and inside the door, etc., and it seems as if the window is slightly too wide? I can roll it about halfway up before it gets wedged in.
Are there different sized windows for different trim levels? Or is something else bent? Without the new window in, everything seemingly operates as it should.

Never mind, pulled the window run and found a tear in it. Thank you anyway!

Glad you got it figured out.
And yes, the windows are the same regardless of the trim level. Only difference would be if it is a 2 or 4 door.
