22R and a 22RE engine differences?

What's the differences between a 22R and a 22RE engines?

The "E" denotes EFI or electronic fuel injection. This means it has a throttle body and fuel injectors and not a carburetor.

I attached the info about the fuel systems below. The first is the RE and the second is the R.
