Shuts off when coming to a stop after it has warmed up?

I just had the alternator and oxygen sensor changed. The truck starts, runs and idles fine when cold. When it warms up every time, I come to a stop it shuts off. It randomly surges also.

This sounds like a typical vacuum leak, please use this guide when the engine is cold only.
