Shuts off randomly when driving

Going on freeway, long runs, shuts off. Replaced the fuel filter, coil pack, coil module, new Edelbrock carburetor four years ago. At twenty mph, it is now cutting out like it is starving for gas. When I got home, I revved up the engine and after three minutes, it shut off again. Cannot figure out why.

obviously this has been modified in the engine department. let us know what you have done to it first, it may be an ignition problem but we need to know what it is.
