Good evening,
This could be a dirty throttle body from coking or carbon build-up on the throttle plate. I attached a guide below in cleaning the throttle body for you.
Another possibility is the EGR valve being stuck open from a piece of carbon.
I would remove the valve and look underneath and see if there is carbon holding the pindle partially open.
