Hi,
If you are getting one click, start at the battery. Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight.
If they appear good, then try to jumpstart the engine to see if the starter engages

If it does, we need to check the alternator output. It may be allowing the voltage to get low enough to prevent the engine from running.
If it does start, safely disconnect the jumper cables. Using a voltmeter or multimeter, we need to check the voltage at the battery. With the engine running, it should be around 14v. With the engine off, it should be around 12v.
