Hi,
The shift interlock which prevents the shifter from moving is powered by the brake light switch.
I attached a pic below showing a fuse to check. In addition to checking the fuse, make sure there is power to and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful.

If the fuse is good, I need you to locate the brake light switch at the top of the brake pedal under the dash. Identify the pink wire with a dark blue tracer. Check to see if there is 12v power to it. If there is, back probe the dark green wire with a white tracer and confirm there is power out with the brake pedal depressed.
If there is power in and none out, replace the brake light switch.
