Did tune up and is running poorly

Had a engine light come on got it read. Was told it was my secondary air pump and misfire on c2 and c3 changed the air pump and did a tune up now it is running even worse rough idle and poor acceleration. Any ideas would be great thanks

Hello,

Is the check engine light currently illuminated? If so, what are the codes?
It is possible that you could have faulty component or ignition wires got crossed. And that is why it could be running rough.

Retrieving the trouble codes can help with the diagnostics.
