Connector is new (replaced), but still will not communicate and I cannot get emission test.

I guessed at you engine size and sub-model

If this is the wrong (partial) diagram, send me all of your vehicle info. (many times the diagrams are the same for stuff like this)

Anyway, check this fuse (partial diagram below from Prodemand)
