Hey there I just diagnostic my car and I have found the following:

16688 - cylinder four misfire detected intermittent.

17964 - charge pressure control
Negative deviation intermittent.

I would replace the spark plugs and clear the codes, here are two guide that will help you get the problem fixed.

Thanks Mr Ken my car Volkswagen sharan 1.9TDI diesel so it should be Glow plugs ???

I didn't know it was a diesel. This would be more of a problem with the injector pump, or injector.
