Backfires when first trying to start car

My car suddenly wont start draining battery when I try turn over, backfires on first attempt to crank, and when it was turned off it was making a clicking sound in side car from somewhere like something trying to run.

It sounds like the battery is weak and needs to be replaced. Here is a quick way to load test it yourself with no equipment.
