Transmission only has about 35,000 miles on it. When cold outside, it revs up and does not want to shift into second or third. It eventually does but clearly there is a problem. Sometimes down shift into first is delayed too. I replaced all three shift solenoids (A,B,C) but did not fix.

All I can find online is that it could be clutch pressure switches, TCU or I think i saw this valve down by the clutch pressure swtich-

Fluid looks great. Shift great when warmed up.
Is there a way to determine exactly what's causing this?

Good morning,

Good chance this is nothing more than the valve body not working smoothly when cold and the fluid is cold.

I would start by changing the fluid and adding a valve body modifier.

if it were electronic, you would have codes. Do you have any codes stored?
