Defroster and floor heat

Defroster is not working and my floor heat not working.

The mode changes are made by an electric actuator located on the left side of the HVAC housing. The actuator could be bad or stripped. Sometimes the mechanism just gets stuck and you can help it along with your fingers.
It is #3 in the picture.
