Defrost will not work. is it a mode door actuator? How difficult is this to get to and could it be a DIY?

Good morning.
Attached is a picture of the location.
Yes, it is an easy replacement. you need to remove the lower dash shield. that is on the left side by the gas pedal. once you remove that you will be able to access the motor. you can get the part at any parts store.
