Defrost vent (under the windshield) is not working. The rest of the vents are working properly. When I press windshield vent button it turns the front vent on. Foot vents, front vents are all operational.

if the defroster had not been used in a while it might be stuck, try to keep changing the settings from floor to defrost. You should hear the control door move. That is the easiest to try, then it could be a loose wire or something from keeping the defroster door working.
