Defrost not working everything seems to be working

I replaced the blend doors all of them. Tested all four actuators all worked out of the vehicle now installed everything seems to be working fine except for the defrost.

Can you remove the defrost actuator and turn the system on then work the door pivot by had to see if the air door inside the plenum is working please? This guide will show what I am talking about.
