Defrost not working

Defroster isnt working I replaced the climate control unit and it appear the flaps are actually stuck in place

It sounds like the mode door actuator has failed. You said you replaced the "climate control" unit, which leads me to believe you are referring to the air temp actuator which has nothing to do with air flow direction. The mode door actuator is what directs air flow to different locations, including defrost. Here are the directions for removal and testing.

MODE DOOR MOTOR

REMOVAL
1) Remove instrument panel.

2) Remove mode door motor.


INSPECTION



1) When approx. 12 V is applied to the mode door motor terminals, mdde door motor operates as tollows:


2) Check mode door motor position switch. When the mode door motor is moved to each mode position by using the mode selector switch, check if continuity exists between each terminal as follows:

INSTALLATION
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
