Defrost issues

The climate control works, and heat comes out of the floor and the vents, but only cold air comes out of the defrost. Never had this happen before. Have not had the car very long either I am not familiar with Cadillac in general. Car has lots of electronic issues as well. Runs great though.

Hello,

It sounds like the actuator arm has broken or fallen off. Here is a diagram so you can see what I am talking about and to help you fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
