Defrost doors stuck in the defroster position?

A/C fan air blows through defrost vents only. Fuses checked okay, Module replaced. No change. Any ideas?

If all fuses are okay, this leaves the HVAC programmer which must be recalibrated. here is the location of the unit and how to set it up once replaced in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
