Defrost and floor vents not working?

So, my defrost nor my floor vents blow air. When I try and switch it on the controls it says it's switching but it stays on the panel vents which work good. There are no noises as to even trying to switch. I was thinking possibly climate control or a blend door. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

So, this happens when the mode actuator fails, here is the location so you can change it out and fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
