When I push gas pedal the engine barely revs. A friend said I need a accelerator pedal position sensor. So I got a new one and problem still there. Then he said I need TPS and so I got one and problem still there.

Any ways I am not asking him again. But is there adjustment on either part?

Apparently you have the same "throttle-by-wire" system that put Toyota in the news a few years ago. That replaces the simple, reliable, common sense throttle cable with a very complicated computer. Your best bet is to let the dealer work on it and take on the liability if problems arise in the future. The people at many independent repair shops will not work on them yet because of the potential liability issues.
