Good afternoon.
First one of these questions I have seen.
Can you see the mouse?
If you can remove the louvers from the vent, use a shop vacuum to remove the mouse.

Okay, how do you know it is a mouse?
the only way is to disassemble the ducts from under the dash. Start with removing the blower motor and see if you can see or feel it.

Start at the blower motor. Common place for them to nest.
