Engine randomly shuts off

Hey, I have the car listed above Foxbody manual with twin turbo. This has happened over time but now doesn't run properly at all wasn't as bad in the beginning. What happen with the car is it would drive fine until you came to a stop then on take off the car would shut down like someone turned off the power. Then I would have to wait 5 minutes to restart the car. Even did sometime while driving and accelerating car also idles irregular. Any ideas on where I could possibly start to diagnose? Also I did replace the fuel pump socket and fuel filter.
