Replaced the alternator six months ago. I just replaced the starter and battery. It will start with a jump box on idle but when in drive it shuts off completely. No power at all. Could you please suggest a next step. Thank you.

Do you mean the entire electrical system is not working? If so, start by measuring the battery's voltage. It will be 12.6 volts if it is good and fully-charged. If it is good but fully-discharged, it will measure closer to 12.2 volts. If you find it at around 11 volts or less, it has a shorted cell and must be replaced.

Next, once you have the engine running with a jump-start, remove the jumper cables, then measure the battery voltage again. Tell me what you find with both tests.

We replaced the battery due to a bad cell and it is still getting no power. It reads 12.5 fully charged but no power is getting to the car.

Follow the smaller battery positive wire to the under-hood fuse box and be sure that connection is clean and tight. Follow the smaller negative battery wire to the body and be sure that one is tight and not rusty.
